Build an Insights dashboard

Add charts that pull questions from different forms, such as satisfaction from January, February and March side by side.

  1. Open Insights → Dashboard and select Add chart.
  2. Under Chart setup, pick a Form, then a Question. Add up to 5 questions, from the same form or different ones.
  3. Choose Combine or Compare (see combine or compare).
  4. Pick a Chart type: Vertical bar, Horizontal bar or Table.
  5. Select Add to dashboard.

Charts update as responses arrive. Each chart's menu has Edit, Duplicate and Delete; click its name to rename it. A dashboard holds up to 50 charts.

Supported questions

Choice, Yes / No, rating, opinion scale and NPS questions. Answers are matched by their label, so “Very satisfied” on two forms counts as the same answer.
