Sharing & embedding
Links, QR codes, embeds, link previews and the settings that decide who can answer and when.
- Share a link or QR code Copy your form's link, send it by email or social apps, or download a QR code for print.
- Change your form's address Pick a readable address like /f/spring-survey. The old address stops working.
- Embed a form on your website Inline, popup, slider, side tab or a plain iframe: copy the snippet from Share and paste it into your page.
- Embed in WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix and others Where to paste the embed code in popular site builders, and when to use the iFrame mode.
- Set the link preview for social and messaging apps Choose the title, description and image people see when your link is posted on social media, Slack, WhatsApp or iMessage.
- One question at a time or all on one page Choose how questions are shown and whether people can go back.
- Close a form, set a close date or a response limit Stop taking responses now, at a date and time, or after a number of responses, with your own closed message.
- Password-protect a form People type a password before the form opens. It never leaves the server.
- Save partial answers and let people resume Keep answers from people who don't finish, let them pick up where they left off, and choose when a partial counts.
- Redirect people after the form Send respondents to your website after the last screen, or from a particular ending.
- Form language and right-to-left text Buttons, hints and error messages in 25 languages, and right-to-left layout for Arabic and Hebrew.
- Kiosk mode for events and front desks Run a form on a tablet that resets after each person and keeps answers on the device when the internet drops.
- Send respondents a confirmation emailPro Email people a thank-you with their answers after they submit, using answers in the subject and message.
- Let people save a copy of their answers Add “Save a copy of your answers” to the ending: a printable page, with nothing emailed.
