Change your form's address

Pick a readable address like /f/spring-survey. The old address stops working.

Every plan
  1. In Share → Share the link, select Edit beside the link.
  2. Type the new address. FormsAI checks it as you type and says Available or why it isn't (for example “That address is taken.”).
  3. Select Save.

Addresses are 3 to 48 lowercase letters, numbers or dashes. On a custom domain the same address follows your domain: forms.yourbrand.com/spring-survey.
