Summary charts, responses, filters, tags, reports, exports, performance, spam and AI analysis.
- Results: where your answers go A form's Results tab has five views: Smart Insights, Performance, Summary, Responses and Connect.
- Read the Summary A chart or table for every question, NPS and averages, trends over time, and the controls to slice them.
- Browse responses Every response in a table: search, choose columns, open one to read it in full, print it or move through them with the keyboard.
- Filter responses and set a date range Show only responses that match: by answer, tag, ending, score, device, country, hidden field or response type.
- Tag responses Label responses (“follow up”, “VIP”, “bug”) and filter by those labels.
- Saved views Save a Summary's filters, date range, hidden questions and display settings, and switch between them.
- Share a live report A private-by-default link to your Summary charts that updates as responses arrive. Written answers stay private.
- Export responses to CSV, Excel or JSON Download every response, a filtered set or selected rows, and download the Summary as a PDF or CSV.
- Performance: views, completion and drop-off How many people open, start and finish your form, how long it takes, and where they leave.
- Spam protection and the Spam tab Bot checks, a honeypot and a speed check keep junk out; anything suspicious goes to Spam where you can restore it.
- Generate test responses Fill Results with made-up responses that follow your logic, to check charts and integrations before you launch.
- Delete responses and keep them only as long as you need Delete one or many responses for good, or set a form to delete responses automatically after a period.
- Email alerts, the notification bell and the weekly digest Get an email for each response, see what needs you in the bell, and a Monday summary of every form.
- Uploaded files, signatures and recordings Where respondents' files are kept, how to open and download them, and copying them to Google Drive.
- Smart InsightsPro AI reads your responses and reports themes and sentiment in written answers, how questions move together, and which groups score higher.
