Export responses to CSV, Excel or JSON

Download every response, a filtered set or selected rows, and download the Summary as a PDF or CSV.

Export responses

  1. Open Results → Responses.
  2. Optionally filter, search or pick a date range: the export follows them.
  3. Select Download responses and choose Excel (.xlsx), CSV or JSON.

To export only some rows, tick them and use the download button in the bulk bar.

Exports have a column per question (named by its title), plus Response ID, Response type, Started, Submitted, Time to complete, Score, Ending, Tags, your hidden fields, Filo’s follow-ups, Country and Device. Uploads come through as links. Every plan can export, with no limit.

Download the Summary

  • PDF: opens a printable page of the current view; choose Save as PDF in the print dialog.
  • CSV: the chart data, filtered or original. Open-ended text answers aren't included.
