List responses
GET /forms/:id/responses returns completed responses, newest first. Spam and test responses are left out.

Get one response
GET /forms/:id/responses/:rid returns response, including followups when Filo asked any.
Delete a response
DELETE /forms/:id/responses/:rid deletes the response and its files for good, and returns { "ok": true }.
