Email alerts, the notification bell and the weekly digest
Get an email for each response, see what needs you in the bell, and a Monday summary of every form.
Every plan
Email me each new response
Turn it on per form in Share → Settings (Email me each new response) or Results → Connect → Email notifications. Emails go to your account email. It's on every plan.
The bell
The bell at the top of the app collects:
- New responses, grouped per form while unread.
- A response moved to Spam.
- A webhook delivery that failed.
- Google Sheets couldn't update.
- Reaching your monthly limit.
Each one links to where you can act. The iPhone app can push the same notifications.
The weekly digest
Every Monday you get “Your week in responses”: responses, views and completion rate for each form, compared with the week before, and the top theme from Smart Insights when you have one. It's only sent for weeks with activity. Turn it off with Weekly digest in Settings → Account → Email.
