Share a live report

A private-by-default link to your Summary charts that updates as responses arrive. Written answers stay private.

Every plan
  1. In Summary, select Share report.
  2. Copy the Report link. It shows the current view's charts.
  3. Turn on Report visibility so anyone with the link can see it. While it's Hidden, visitors see “This report is private”.

The report is a live page: charts update as responses come in. It shows charts only; written answers stay private and are never on the page.

Options

  • Open report to see what others will see.
  • Make a new link if the old one went too far: the old one stops working straight away.
  • Add a “See the results” button to endings, so respondents can see the charts after they answer. Publish to make it live.
