Open-ended responses
Every written answer is grouped into themes, with Positive, Negative, Neutral and Mixed tabs and the quotes that matter. Pick a question, or look across all of them.
Response trends
Which questions move together, charted, with the takeaway in plain words.
Comparative analysis
For each pair of answers to a single-choice question, Smart Insights compares the average scores the two groups gave on rating, scale and NPS questions, and sizes the difference with Cohen's d: Big (0.8 and up), Moderate (0.5), Small (0.2) or None. It needs at least 3 people in each group.
