Delete responses and keep them only as long as you need
Delete one or many responses for good, or set a form to delete responses automatically after a period.

Delete responses
- One: open it and choose Delete response from the panel's menu.
- Several: tick them and select Delete in the bulk bar.
Their answers and uploaded files are removed for good. This can't be undone.
Delete automatically
In Share → Settings, set Keep responses to 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year or 2 years. Every night, responses older than that are deleted with their files. Until you delete them keeps everything.
