What FormsAI collects from respondents
Their answers, a few response details, and an anonymous visitor id. No IP addresses and no tracking cookies.

| Answers | What they type, pick and upload, including files, signatures and recordings they choose to send. |
| Response details | When they started and finished, device type (phone or computer), country (from the network edge), the page that linked to the form, and values you added to the link. |
| Visitor id | A random id kept in their browser so you can see views and completion. It isn't linked to who they are. |
| Saved progress | Answers kept in their browser so they can pick up where they left off. |
| Payments | Stripe processes card details in its own secure fields; FormsAI keeps only the payment's reference, amount and status. |
| Bookings | The time they booked and their time zone. |
FormsAI never stores respondents' IP addresses.
Answers belong to you, the form's owner: you decide what happens to them, and FormsAI processes them on your behalf. Respondents with a question about a form should contact its owner; we pass on requests that reach us.
