FormsAI for iPhone and iPad

The app is called Forms AI and is free to download. Find it from formsai.dev/download, which links to the App Store listing. Sign in with the same email, Google or Apple account you use on the web.

#What you can do

• Know when something happens: a notification for every new response, spam and anything that needs you.
• See how a form is doing: responses, views, completion rate, a chart over time and the summary of each question.
• Read every response in full, with search and filters; tag, mark as spam or delete.
• Share on the spot: copy the link, the share sheet, or a full-screen QR code to show someone.
• Publish, close, reopen and rename forms.
• Start a form from a template, or describe it and let Filo build it (Pro).
• Edit questions: add any question type except payment and scheduler, change titles, settings and required, reorder by long-pressing and dragging, duplicate or delete with undo. Your edits save as you go.
• Kiosk mode for events and front desks.
• Calendars: turn booking links on or off, share them with a QR code, move or cancel bookings, and connect calendars.
