- Download FormsAI for Mac from formsai.dev/download.
- Open the disk image and drag Forms AI into Applications.
- Open it and sign in with your email, Google or Apple account.
- One app for Apple silicon and Intel Macs, macOS 12 or later.
- Signed with our Apple Developer ID and notarized by Apple, so macOS opens it without an “unidentified developer” warning.
- Google sign-in opens your browser for a moment, then hands you back to the app, signed in.
- CSV and Excel exports save straight into Downloads.
- Connecting calendars opens your browser and comes back to the app.
The Mac app is a website download; it isn't in the Mac App Store.
