Take a payment in a form

Add a Payment question, set the price, and the response only completes once Stripe confirms the charge.

  1. Connect Stripe.
  2. Add a Payment question where people should pay (usually near the end).
  3. Pick the Currency and set the Price.
  4. Write the Line shown above the card form, such as “Workshop ticket”. It's also the description in Stripe.
  5. Preview, then publish.

What respondents see

Stripe's secure card form, themed to your form. Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch FormsAI. When the payment succeeds the form moves on; if a card is declined, they can try another.

What you get

  • The money, in your Stripe account. FormsAI takes no fee; Stripe's own fees apply.
  • The payment on the response in Results, and collected totals in the Summary.
  • The Stripe payment has the form's and the response's ids in its metadata, so you can match them up.
