Refunds

Refund a payment in your Stripe Dashboard. FormsAI doesn't change the response; tag it if you want to keep track.

Receipts

Stripe can email receipts for successful payments: turn that on in your Stripe settings. FormsAI can also send its own confirmation email (Pro), or offer a copy of their answers.

Test mode

Connect your Stripe test keys (pk_test_… and sk_test_… or rk_test_…) to try everything without real money. The Stripe card says Test mode — no real money moves. Pay with Stripe's test card 4242 4242 4242 4242, any future date and any CVC. Switch to live keys with Replace keys before you launch.
