Fair use on Pro
Pro is unlimited for normal use. Here are the safety ceilings and what isn't allowed.
Every plan
Pro means unlimited forms and unlimited responses. A few safety ceilings exist to stop abuse; almost every account is far below them, and we raise them on request for legitimate needs:
- Up to 100,000 completed responses a month.
- Up to 1,000 active forms.
- Up to 50 GB of uploaded files in total, and 100 MB per file.
- Public forms are rate-limited per visitor to stop bots and floods.
If you approach a ceiling, we email you first. We won't cut off a form in the middle of a campaign without talking to you.
Not allowed on any plan
- Phishing, or collecting passwords, full card numbers, bank logins or government ID numbers.
- Spam, malware, illegal content or harassment.
- Automated or fake submissions, load testing, or getting around limits.
- Opening several Free accounts to avoid the Free limits.
- Reselling FormsAI as your own white-label form service.
