What happens when Pro ends
Downgrading never deletes anything: Pro features pause and Free limits apply to new forms and responses.
Every plan
When a cancelled or unpaid Pro subscription runs out, your account goes back to Free. Nothing is deleted.

Upgrade again any time and everything picks up where it left off.
