Add the DNS record at your provider

One CNAME record points your subdomain at FormsAI. Here's where to add it, and the Cloudflare setting that matters.

After you add a domain, Settings shows exactly what to add:

NameThe first part of your subdomain, such as forms for forms.yourbrand.com. Copy it from Settings.
Targetdomains.shaheercare.com. Copy it from Settings.
  1. Sign in where your domain's DNS is managed (often where you bought it).
  2. Open the DNS settings for yourbrand.com and add a new record.
  3. Choose CNAME, paste the Name and the Target, and save. Leave TTL on its default.
  4. Back in FormsAI, wait for Live, or select Check now.

If your DNS is on Cloudflare

Set the record to DNS only (the grey cloud), not Proxied. A proxied record hides the target from the certificate check, and the domain stays waiting.

How long it takes

Usually a few minutes. Some providers take up to a few hours to publish a new record. If it hasn't gone live after a day, see statuses and troubleshooting.
