Choose the form at your domain's root
Show one form at https://forms.yourbrand.com/ itself, while every form keeps its own address.
FormsAI Pro
Once a domain is Live, Settings shows Form at https://your-domain/. Pick a published form, and anyone who opens the bare domain gets it.
Choose None — only /<form address> links to show nothing at the root. Either way, every published form also works at https://your-domain/its-address.
