Create an account and sign in

Sign up free with your email, Google or Apple. No card needed.

  1. Go to app.formsai.dev/app/sign-up.
  2. Choose Continue with Google or Continue with Apple, or type your name, email and a password of at least 8 characters.
  3. Select Create account. You land on Home, ready to make your first form.

Signing in

Sign in at app.formsai.dev/app/sign-in with the same method you signed up with. If you turned on two-factor sign-in, FormsAI asks for a code from your authenticator app (or a recovery code) after your password.

If you forgot your password

  1. On the sign-in page, select Forgot password?
  2. Type your email and select Send reset link.
  3. Open the email and choose a new password of at least 8 characters.

If you signed up with Google or Apple you don't have a FormsAI password; keep using that button.

Can I use the same account in the iPhone and Mac apps?

Yes. Sign in with the same email, Google or Apple account and you see the same forms, responses and plan.

Apple said it didn't share an email address. What do I do?

FormsAI needs an email address for your account. Remove FormsAI from Sign in with Apple in your Apple Account settings, then try again and choose to share or hide your email (a hidden one works too).
