Integration activity and retries

Every action your forms ran, with why failures failed, and how to run them again.

FormsAI Pro

Open Integrations → Activity (or search “Integration activity” with ⌘K). Every run is listed newest first, with a filter by status and by form. Activity is kept for 90 days.

How failures are handled

  • Temporary problems (the app is busy or rate-limited) are retried automatically with increasing waits.
  • Problems that need you (a disconnected account, a missing field) stop and say why. Fix the cause, then retry from Activity.
  • If FormsAI can't tell whether a run went through, it doesn't retry by itself. Run again anyway is there when you're sure, because the action may already have happened once.

A response is only ever sent to an action once on its own, so a retry can't create duplicates by accident.
