  1. Open the form's Results → Connect.
  2. In the Integrations card, select Add an action. Pick Which app? and the account (Manage apps → opens Integrations if you need to connect one).
  3. Find an action: type what it should do (“create”, “send”, “add”) and pick one, such as Slack's send message or HubSpot's create contact.
  4. Fill in its inputs. Text fields take answers: choose Insert an answer… for a question, or a ready-made value: Every question and answer, Respondent’s name, Respondent’s email, Respondent’s phone, Form title, Link to the response, Response id or Submitted at.
  5. Test it with your latest response, then save. It runs for every new completed response.

Managing actions

  • Switch an action on or off with Enabled.
  • Each action shows Last run ok or Last run failed; edit or delete it from its menu.
  • A form can have up to 10 actions.

Monthly runs

Pro includes 5,000 action runs a month across your forms, far more than most accounts use. Spam and test responses don't run actions.
