Save uploads to Google Drive

Copy uploaded files, signatures and recordings into a Drive folder for each form.

Every plan
  1. Connect Google Sheets & Drive in Integrations (once per account).
  2. On a File upload, Signature or Video & audio question, turn on Save to Google Drive. (Google Drive upload in the add menu adds a file upload with it already on.)
  3. Publish.

Each new file is copied into a folder named after the form in the connected Drive, shortly after the response is submitted. Files also stay in FormsAI. The Summary shows Uploads in Google Drive with Open folder →.

Disconnecting

Disconnect on the Google card stops new uploads and new sheet rows. Everything already in your Drive stays there, and FormsAI’s access is revoked.
