File upload
Let people send up to 10 files of up to 100 MB each, of the types you choose, optionally copied to Google Drive.

| Save to Google Drive | Also copies each upload into a folder for this form in your Drive. Connect Google first. |
Files are stored privately with the response. You can open or download them from the response panel; nobody else can reach them without your account.
Uploads from people who never submit are deleted after 7 days.
