Contact info asks for several details at once, so a lead form stays short.
Choose the fields
In the settings panel, tick the fields to ask for and tick Required on the ones people must fill in. New questions ask for First name, Last name and Email (all required); Phone number and Company are off. Rename any field by clicking its label on the canvas.
Good to know
- The email field counts as the respondent's address for confirmation emails.
- Names and emails show as the response's preview in notifications.
- Contact details are never sent to AI for analysis.
