Scheduler: let people book a time slot
Respondents pick a time from your weekly hours inside the form; the slot is held while they finish and confirmed when they submit.

On this page
A Scheduler question shows open times in the respondent's own time zone. When they pick one, it's held for 15 minutes while they finish the form, and confirmed when they submit.
Set it up
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Your time zone | The zone your hours are in. Respondents see times in theirs. |
| Length | 10 minutes to 4 hours. |
| Gap between | None, 5, 10, 15, 30 or 60 minutes kept free between bookings. |
| Weekly hours | Tick the days you're available and set from and until for each. |
| Minimum notice | None up to 7 days before a slot. |
| Book up to | 7 to 365 days ahead. |
| People per slot | 1 for one-to-one, more for group sessions (up to 500). |
| Meeting link or place | A Zoom, Meet or Teams link, or an address. It goes on the confirmation screen, in both emails and in the calendar invite. |
After someone books
- You get a “New booking” email, and the respondent gets “You’re booked” if the form asked for their email. Each shows the time in that person’s zone, the meeting details and add-to-calendar links (Google Calendar and an .ics file).
- The ending shows the booking with calendar links.
- Two people can never take the last place in a slot at the same time.
Forms with a Scheduler don't work offline in kiosk mode, because a time has to be held live.
