Address, address line 2, city, region, postcode and country, with a country list you can preselect.

Every plan

The address question has six fields: Address, Address line 2, City or town, State, region or province, Postcode or ZIP and Country. Line 2 and region start as optional.

  • Tick fields on or off and set Required for each in the settings panel.
  • Preselected country opens the country list on that country (for example United Kingdom).
  • Rename any field on the canvas.

In exports and webhooks the address comes back as one readable line, and as separate fields in the JSON value.
