Connect Slack, HubSpot, Notion and other apps

Sign in to an app once from Integrations; then any form can run actions in it.

  1. Open Integrations and find the app: search by name or by what it does (“CRM”, “tickets”, “chat”).
  2. Open it and select Connect. Sign in on the app's own page and allow access.
  3. Back in FormsAI, the account appears with who it is. Name it (for example “Marketing workspace”) if you'll connect more than one.

Several accounts

Connect up to 3 accounts per app, such as two Slack workspaces. Each action picks which account it uses.

Account states

  • Connected: ready to run actions.
  • Finish signing in, then check again: the sign-in didn’t complete yet. Use Check once you’ve allowed access.
  • Needs attention: the app revoked access or the sign-in expired. Its actions are paused until you reconnect; nothing is deleted.

Disconnect or remove

  • Disconnect revokes FormsAI’s access. Actions that use it pause until you reconnect.
  • Remove account forgets it, and deletes its actions on your forms. Responses aren't touched.
