Set your availability and date overrides
Weekly hours in your time zone, extra schedules for different links, and overrides for holidays and odd days.
Your default hours
Calendars → Availability lists your schedules. The Default one is used by every link that doesn't pick another. Open it to edit:
- Time zone: your hours are in this zone; people booking see times in theirs.
- Weekly hours: turn days on or off and set one or more time ranges per day. Copy to every day that's on or Copy to Monday to Friday saves typing.
- Date overrides: holidays, days off, or a day with different hours. Add a date override, pick the date, and set Unavailable all day or the hours for that date.
Select Save to keep changes. The page lists which links use the schedule (Used by).
More schedules
New schedule starts as a copy of your default hours. Name it (for example “Office hours”) and pick it in a link's Availability tab. Deleting a schedule moves its links back to your default hours; the default itself can't be deleted.
What makes a time bookable
A time shows on a link only if it's inside the link's hours, after the minimum notice and within how far ahead, free of your other bookings (with buffers), free on the calendars you check for conflicts, and under the daily limit.
