Connect Google Calendar, Outlook and Zoom
Check your calendars for clashes, add bookings to one of them, and make Meet, Teams or Zoom links automatically.
Every plan · Free has limits
- Open Calendars → Apps (Event types also shows Connect a calendar until you have one).
- Select Add account for Google, Microsoft (Outlook) or Zoom and sign in on their page. You come back to FormsAI connected.
- Under each calendar, turn on Check for conflicts for the calendars whose busy times should block bookings.
- Under Add new bookings to, choose the Calendar for new bookings, or Don’t add bookings to a calendar.
- Choose your default meeting app: new links use it, and each link can pick another.
What each connection does
| Account | Gives you |
|---|---|
| Google Calendar for conflicts and new bookings, and Google Meet links. | |
| Microsoft | Outlook calendars for conflicts and new bookings, and Microsoft Teams links (Teams needs a work or school Microsoft 365 account). |
| Zoom | A Zoom meeting for every booking. Zoom doesn't count as a calendar. |
If a connection stops working
- If a calendar can't be checked, links that check it show no times rather than risk a double booking.
- If a sign-in expires, the account is marked expired and you get a notification to reconnect.
- Disconnecting stops new meeting links on that app until you connect it again; links that meet on Zoom won't get a link meanwhile.
The Free plan includes one connected calendar; Pro includes up to six. Every plan gets every video app.
