Give a question an answer people start with, and fill it from a hidden field in the link.
Every plan
Open Default answer in a question's settings. Respondents can still change it.

| Short text, long text, email, website, phone | Pre-filled answer: any text, including a hidden field such as {{hidden:email}}. |
| Number, rating, opinion scale, NPS | A number within the scale. |
| Date | Pre-filled date. |
| Yes / No, dropdown | Pre-selected option. |
| Multiple choice, picture choice | Pre-selected option (or options when several answers are allowed). |
